Playlist of the Week: Summer's End

 Now that it’s nearly November, I’ve finally accepted that summer is over and fall is here.  (Although I live in New England so it could be 80 degrees until December or snowing tomorrow.) With that it’s time to stop listening to Californication and Celebrity Skin and other more summery albums, break out the flannel, and transition into more season appropriate listening choices. Here are some songs that are either about the end of summer, or just put me in a more autumnal mood.
